Welcome to October, Friends!

October is Depression Awareness Month and we're going to talk about finding your sanctuaries and knowing how to deal with your triggers.

I know that Depression is a tough topic to talk about and it isn't fun at all. But so many people struggle with this mental illness and are looking for a little help, encouragement and even tips on how to better relate to people dealing with Depression.

For the remainder of the month, we'll be diving into Depression from my limited perspective and experience as someone who is diagnosed with major depressive disorder.
