He is also the author of The Case Against Sugar (2016), Why We Get Fat and What to Do About It (2011), and Good Calories, Bad Calories (2007). Taubes is the recipient of many prestigious awards in the fields of both journalism and health, and he has graduated with degrees from Harvard, Stanford, and Columbia.
