Episode 75 offers a less-used form of intermittent fasting – one day regular eating and next day time-restricted and optionally net carb restricted eating – and so on. There can be a lot of benefit and a feeling of social freedom from this approach.

There can be serious caution to be discussed with your doctor if you are on medications such as those that drive your blood sugar or pressure down. For interested parties, trying this for 2 weeks can be followed with a 5:2 with only 2 days a week doing fasting (e.g. Monday and Thursday).
