Episode 79 explains the origin and definition of the 5:2 "Fast Diet" initiated by Dr. Michael Mosely in 2013. This plan covers when and how much you eat. 2 non-consecutive days you eat about 1/4 of regular intake (e.g. 500-600 calories/day), other days normal. 

Our suggested enhancement: eating/drinking all natural & organic whenever possible without over-doing net carbs all week long. Benefits can be substantial.
