Ed Hale faced his mortality at the end of last year when he was hospitalized with pneumonia and respiratory failure. This trauma lit a fire in him that burns to this day. He's 80 pounds down and working towards making his career dreams a reality. He's far from done with the work he needs to do but brings an incredible perspective on what he has done and how he will focus on what needs doing from here!
