If you are not detoxing yourself daily, you are building a level of toxicity by what you eat, or just being out in the polluted environment and exercising not appropriately and not exercising can cause excessive build-up. Hence, I am getting ahead of myself.

I am a strong believer of a simple approach and tackling the basics before moving onto the more sophisticated parts. We must understand why the body is breaking down, how it operates, get back to listening to our body senses and lastly take the long-term lifestyle perspective.
