Lorraine Margherita defines herself as a catalyst for organizational change: she co-designs and facilitates collective dynamics for better governance and performance, in general large and multicultural organizations. Most of her work focuses on removing the barriers between decision and action: she helps companies bring decision-making to lower levels, given their specific culture and ambition.
She has worked with more than 6,000 managers and leaders, in groups of 8-300 people in a number of industries in Europe, the Americas, and Australia. She is a French national who loves to travel the world and who lived in the US twice; she is based in Paris.
