From a Reader:
Dear Gait Guys, Dr. Shawn and Dr. Ivo,
I was referred to this post of yours on hip IR…
http://thegaitguys.tumblr.com/
I am impressed by the level of details of your understanding of the gait and biomechanics. Although I am still trying to understand all of your points in this post, I would like to ask you:
- What if my IR is limited due to a structural issue? The acetabular retroversion of the right hip in my case.
I.e. if I am structurally unable to rotate the hip internally.
What will happen?
What would be a solution to the problem in that case?
Many thanks,
