Ashdin and Yoshita also talk about why it's important to normalise all kinds of relationships, be they heterosexual or homosexual relationships, and the importance of being comfortable with who you are and what you've found out about yourself. Yoshita also talks about how it can be helpful to confide in a friend or a relative first before opening up to your parents about this, the advantages of seeking out professional help, the importance of being non-judgemental, and lots more.
