Sian is a Yogi, PT, Pilates instructor, love & relationship coach and currently a student in tantric sex/tantra, and as you can tell from her list of qualifications she likes to help people in all aspects of life so she does. Healthy bones, muscles and hearts, and a big bag full of orgasms if you're a client of hers anyway...

This one was recorded mostly for my clients to get to know their resident yogi (she records a weekly body positive yoga session for my female clients to do in their own time for those spiritual gangsta gains) and also to learn more about yoga and hear about other aspects of health that they may be neglecting. But it was a great chat that I think anyone interested in health, coaching or spirituality would enjoy.
