Favorite meals - A very rare Ribeye or T-Bone, Seafood Platter of raw salmon, tuna, shrimp and lobster :-).  Bacon & Eggs with a berry or two.  I’m pretty basic.  Usually one eat one meal per day/ sometimes two.

How do I take care of myself - #1 Sleep.  I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.  Gratitude - I journal about 3 things I feel grateful for each day.  Meditation - my morning routine includes a minimum 15 minutes of mediation each day. Movement - Walking, Running, Yoga, Body Weight and Free Weights.  Intentions/Planning - Part of my morning routine. Setting intentions for the day and being mindful throughout the day so I don’t get wrapped up in the crazies… Reflection/Wins - I make note of my thoughts, reflections and recognize even the smallest of wins each evening in my journal.  In addition, I eat very clean, whole food.
