Here is a brain dump for you...

1. Every stress response is a blood sugar response.  If the low carb-keto-primal keto-carnivore real food plan is not working for you then look for additional help by hiring a health detective to find out the WHY.  Don't treat lab results, symptoms or diagnose.  Learn about your H.I.D.D.E.N. internal stressors and sources of CHRONIC Stressors that are impacting the WHOLE you from the inside out- impacting your ability to BURN FAT, optimize MITOCHONDRIA function, and PERFORMANCE gains.  What about your longevity?

6.  Disconnect to connect with others. Are we going to lose the ability to communicate in person?  Just as dating someone online via text email!

7.  Happiness, play and gratitude...start your day off by saying "hello" or "good morning" to each person you see (5/10 rule).
