Jessica Tye is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Wellness Educator, Holistic Health Coach, Podcast Host and a true farm girl. 

Jessica is passionate about helping people achieve positive results through proper nutrition and wellness practices.  She is from Cincinnati, Ohio and has been happily married to her husband Derek since 1996.  They have 5 children and a barnyard full of farm animals ranging from chickens to alpacas.  Her desires to help teach and lead as many people as possible into optimal health and wellness has led lead her to nutritional coaching and the wellness space.

She enjoys speaking, podcast hosting, teaching corporate wellness programs and educating the public at her personal homestead. 

Jessica is specifically passionate about helping to teach families, especially the next generation, where real food comes from and how good nutrition and lifestyle practices build a strong and healthy body.  Jessica has her own brick & mortar wellness practice located in Loveland, OH where she sees clients one on one and an online group coaching program where she works with clients from around the world.

What are your favorite meals or foods to eat to share with listeners?

I'm the bone broth queen!  I also love to let people know how simple making nutrient dense wholesome meals can be.

How do you take care of yourself?  Practice what you preach?

Each low carb, high fat - infrared sauna almost daily, movement every day, Watch the sunrise and sunset nearly every day. Protect my body and eyes from no-native light and EMFs.  While house water filters in our homes. Eat dinner at home together almost every night. Live on a farm where we gather our own eggs and will grow veggies in the spring/summer. 5 kids and mostly only see the doctor once a year for physicals (no antibiotics, etc).
