As we get busy in day to day activities then start exercising at least once a day...we are often adding additional sources of stress to our bodies.  

How do you know if your training and racing schedule is not causing more harm than good as excess exercise and overtraining/under recovery can increase levels of oxidative stress.

What are you doing to take care of the WHOLE you from the inside out?

Are you providing your cells with additional support as you are asking a lot from your body with daily stressors and chronic cardio?  

What can you do now to improve your athletic performance and your longevity?

Test and not guess.
