How do you take care of the WHOLE you with "The WHOLESTIC Method" during this crazy scary world we are living in right now?

One positive- we are all in this together... the WHOLE world.

Secondly- we have a CHOICE how to take care of our WHOLE self with self care and the elements of "The WHOLESTIC Method".

1. Nutrition- eat real nutrient dense food when you need it 

2.  Exercise- not too much, not too little

3. Sleep - create sleep hygiene routine and get to bed by 10 PM

4. Stress reduction - positive vibes = positive attitude = positive energy!

5.  Movement- get outside, move more during the day and breathe in the fresh air a few times a day if even in your backyard!

6.  Digestion & Gut Health = 80% of your IMMUNE SYSTEM 

7.  Hydration - we need to hydrate with clean, filtered water throughout the day and even add sea salt in the morning with some lemon to hydrate.  Keep your mouth, throat, and respiratory system hydrated (moist).  So now is not the time to be drinking too much coffee and alcohol - not a good idea.

8.  Happiness - Gratitude, laughter, play and social interaction.  Face time with friends each day instead of focusing on social interaction on social media.  Reach out to a friend and family member each day via face time or Zoom!  Connection is key right now - even if virtual interaction.
