I recently heard women on another podcast say she ate less fat. I just started working out (strength training) but that scale won’t budge. Thank you. 15. I have been on carnivore for a few months now. I recently let go of dairy which I really enjoyed because I wasn’t feeling well but not I am noticing that I am losing interest in my food and getting very bored with it. I loved nuts which I consumed while on keto. Although, I know they are not carnivore what are your thoughts on incorporating them into the diet and how would they possibly affect me (nuts).
