Today, I want to reach out to anyone feeling overwhelmed or struggling to cope in these times of uncertainty.


With the Corona Virus pandemic sweeping the globe and the situation around us changing daily, there are many unknowns and many of us are having to change our routines to adapt to the current situation. Experiencing uncertainty can cause us a great deal of discomfort, but there are ways we can help ourselves. As an eating psychology coach, I do a lot of work with people to help them to build their emotional health and resilience. In this episode I share some of the tools and techniques I use in my coaching practice that can help us to develop emotional strength in times of uncertainty.
