In E13, we talked about four steps to mindful meditation when you can't stop thinking. In that spirit, I've added another small (formal) meditation to my day, and I'm finding that extra practice is really helping me to notice my thoughts instead of wrestling with them. It's a small step, yes, but it's a step. How is your practice going?
