Today's episode is all about leadership.  I don't know if any of you remember the show Lost, but my wife and I lived in Hawaii during the filming of the last season and it was a show we really got into.  I want to discuss this quote from an episode of Lost and it goes like this; "Everyone wants me to be a leader, until I make a decision they don't like".  This quote is so spot on when it comes to leadership and it applies to so many different scenarios.  Enjoy!
