Today’s guest is Professional Triathlete; Matt Hanson! 
Now I am excited to talk to Matt today because he’s already had an incredible start to his race season including a 4th at Campeche 70.3, 2nd at Texas 70.3, 5th at IRONMAN Texas, and a 3rd at Chattanooga 70.3 and yet still has a busy season ahead of him! 
Matt is a 4x IRONMAN Champion and 3x Ironman 70.3 Champion and he has already made such an impact on the sport. Matt also runs the Matt Racing Tri team where he helps coach Age Group Triathletes, so he truly understands how to connect with the Age Group Triathletes. And oddly enough Matt also is a big fan of the NormaTec Recovery System that I just got myself, so it was great to talk to him to hear how much it has helped him in his day to day training!
