Do you find yourself going from one stressful situation to another over and over again? You may feel like you are an adrenaline junkie after some time. The reason is that the body gets use to the thrill of the stress and when relaxed or calm you just don't know how to operate anymore. Although this can be ok for a short time you are setting up yourself for chronic implications.  When you look at stress from a birds-eye view you may start to experience it much differently than the way we have been taught or shown.
