Today there is an energy shift in the world. The vibration is shifting at about lunch time. From that of Radio, the adventure, and journey, to that of the light in the darkness. 

 

Kenaz is the rune that glows, softly in the darkness. Or rages like passion in the twilight. For the next 14 cycles of the earth the rune Kenaz is here, vibrating in the wyrd. 

 

What does this energy shift mean to you and me? Well, in the darkness is where our self-doubt hides, the fear, the voice that speaks doubt and pain. This voice, that of the fear, ignorance and the unknown of us can only exist in the darkness. This is where the rune of Kenaz comes in, for venturing into the darkness, especially that of our own mind and soul is a significant challenge for even the most hardy of us. With the runic ally of Kenaz we can step into that dark fear-soaked place to discover that the voice of doubt, fear or pain is one that is imagined and driven from us through the light of own power. Going into that cave shows that self-doubt is not a foe to be feared, but to be pitied, loved, and given compassion. This way the light of Kenaz provides the healing touch that can turn the energy sapping fear, doubt or loathing into energy generating power that can fuel us to unrelenting victory in our experience of the world.
