AM: Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin B complex, probiotics
PM: Melatonin, 5HTP, More vitamin C, collagen
This will not stop you getting a virus or infection, it will make you more resilient. Always check with your doctor before starting a new supplement.
