Why you should never set a pace you can't keep.

So many of us start the gym and train too often too soon then give up, or go all in on a diet and eat too little too early and then quit.

Many others invest money and try to get rich too fast and then lose it, or start influencing on Instagram and realize it takes too long then give up.

In life, you have to be able to scale up from the starting point and not go down. There has to be a way for more and not less and you have to be in it for the long run.

Today's episode is about finding a pace that you are able to stick to for 10 years and not a pace that you can only keep up for 4 weeks.
