99% of dancers who aren't improving will increase the amount of days they are training in the hope that this will spark new progress. Unfortunately however if something isn't working for you 3 days per week it is unlikely to work by doing it 4.

Going on in when something is working is the right thing to but increasing your training when it wasn't working in the first place is the road to even more injuries and disappointment.
