Today's question yo:

  1. Thanks for adding me to the group TJ. Im Andy, a scrum-half playing for a small club in Dublin. I would like to know; what are the most important things to work on in the gym during the season if you're limited to 2 (or even sometimes just 1) sessions a week. The reason I ask is because sometimes I find myself spending ages in the gym wondering if I could be getting more benefit from a shorter, snappy session.
  2. What are your thoughts in doing Tuesdays and Thursday am sessions with training in the evening?
  3. Hi guys wanted to start a discussion, if you had to pick only 5 exercises to do for the rest of your training days what would they be?
  4. As an athlete what kind of reading or study materials are best to better understand the relationship between nutrition and the affect it has on your physiology. Any great reading recommendations? Nutrition material on its own I feel is somewhat antiquated and ridden with old guidelines from FDA/USDA. My goal is to educate myself better on the relationship between food and what it does in my body to fuel a workout, game, regular day at work and overall health.
  5. What's your go to breakfast on an early am training morning? Go to latenight snack that isn't very bad?
