Join us this week as we host Brendan Foster for a very special Q+A. For those of you who don't know who Brendan is, he is former British track star in the 5000 and 1000m. He won bronze in the Olympics, gold in the Commonwealth games and European championships.
He went on to be one of the defining voices in endurance commentary. He also founded the Great North Run, which was the first half marathon to have over 1 million finishers. It's fair to say, he's a pretty interesting guy.
