What stories or lies are blocking your connection to the divine? I was called recently to investigate the concept and practice of Sozo Prayer. "Sozo" is greek for "saved, healed, delivered." The practice of Sozo prayer is a guided prayer meditation that seeks to find the "root" stories that are blocking your connection to the divine. In my first Sozo session, I had profound revelations about when the first time fear and connection to God came into my life and how they are both connected to the death of my cousin Steven at age 5.
