069 Live at Meat Meet 2019 - a podcast by Smoking Hot Confessions BBQ Podcast

This is Episode Eleven of Season Five. In February this year I went to Adelaide for the incredible Up in Smoke BBQ Festival and you can catch up on all that action in episode two of this season. It was an incredible weekend of meat, and mates so when promoter Rob asked me if I’d like to come down to Horsham in Victoria for the Meat Meet BBQ Competition, you’d believe I was all over that. It was an Australasian Barbecue Alliance competition, and one of the last large competitions of the year so it was strategically very important for the teams currently at the top of the ladder. I think it’s fair to say that this was the most important competition of the year! The hand-ins at this comp were singly the best I’ve ever seen with creativity scores through the roof!
