078 Live at Fat Drip 2019 - a podcast by Smoking Hot Confessions BBQ Podcast

This is Episode Twelve of Season Five. As you’re aware, I’ve spent a lot of time this year in the southern states, working with BBQ Promoter Rob Moir. He started with one competition in 2018, four competitions in 2019 and 2020… well… I can’t tell you about that until he makes it public, but it’s going to be big and will change the BBQ scene in the southern arena. For this episode of the podcast, I headed to my 3rd comp of Rob’s, Fat Drip. Fat Drip has been on my bucket list for a while - I mean, it’s a BBQ comp, in the Barossa Valley, one of the most famous tourist icons in Australia. Well, Rob found a way to up the ante this year by holding it at a craft brewery. Yep, you heard that right. A BBQ comp, at a craft brewery, in the heart of Australia’s wine country. It. Was. Awesome.
