In this episode, I chat with veteran Samaritan Ken Bamford. Ken's been helping people through the Samaritans organisation for years in all aspects of society but I wanted to hear more about his work within sport and how he's using a new initiative to help sportsmen and women to work on their mental health. Not only can Ken's tips and advice work within sport but it can be applied across lots of areas like the workplace for example. Just like working on our fitness and nutrition, our mental health is the 3rd major area that is so important to allow us to perform at our best.
