Mark chats with Pro Triathlete Matt Russell who was 6th overall at the Ironman World Championships in Kona 2018. Matt nearly died last year in Kona when a vehicle pulled out in front of him during the race. The injuries to his neck and throat were life threatening; it was a miracle he survived.
