This episode of the Wise Gal’s podcast focuses on physical activity and exercise for women. Shea discusses the physical, psychological, and brain-related benefits of exercise.  Courtney discusses the differences between a positive and negative relationship with exercise, and how we can practice self-compassion to work towards a healthier relationship with physical activity.
