Linda Dias is a passionate innovator who is currently the Deputy Head of the Programme Management Office of the Government of Montserrat.  She established the award-winning Architectural & Graphic Design firm Aeon Studios Ltd., which specializes in producing culturally relevant design solutions for regional and international clients.  

Linda is also a proud member of the Rotary Club of Montserrat, and the Montserrat Civil Service Association, where she has held leadership positions.  In February 2019 she founded the tech-start-up Bodio, a multi-award winning mobile networking app for musicians and music lovers.  She is a former Chevening Scholar who has won awards for innovation in ICT, for leadership, and has been featured in numerous publications.
