#FIGHTCHATFRIDAY - In this episode we take a look at Iain O Hare (Scotland) VS Hong Keat Looi (Ireland) in the final of -70kg ITF TKD European Championships Sparring Final from the 2019 Euros in Sarajevo.   In this video we examine the importance of fighting your own fight. How to bring your own biggest strengths to a sparring contest in ITF. With the rounds being so short just 2 rounds of 2 mins it's important to impose your own game as soon as possible.
