Episode 8 Response to Grazed and Confused - a podcast by TNT Wellness and Nutrition

In this week's podcast we talk about our opinion on the video "Grazed and Confused," which talked about carbon sequestration and the role ruminants have in restoring soil health and mitigating global warming. We both agree, that the first few minutes of the video are informative, but it takes a hard turn half way through, that simply ruins it for us!

We also talk about my current meal plan and why I stopped following a strictly carnivorous diet.
