I have wanted to talk to this man for over a year and in episode #003 I was so privileged to finally talk with Big B (I would like to tell you his name but I'd have to shoot you.) Big B lives in California and is from a Latino family. He shared his experience of Latino food and what it was like growing up eating a high cab diet and how he has adapted this to a keto way of eating. He is an inspirational man who has proudly shown his incredible weight loss on his Instagram account.
We also were contacted [25:25] by someone in the low carb community about why they have had a stall in their weight loss.
