Welcome to the Beyond the Birth Podcast. Co-hosted each week by Liz Winters (Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, certified pre and post-natal coach, and mama) and Jenny Anderson (doula, Birthfit Regional Director, certified yoga instructor, and mama). Our hope is to inspire, educate, and empower women as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood with evidence based guidance, informative interviews, and entertaining anecdotes from our perspectives as moms, entrepreneurs, and birth professionals.
We’re back! Jenny and Liz took a three month break: unplanned, uncoordinated, and REAL. Coming back refreshed and resettled to bring you our best.
It has been a summer of processing some big feelings and working towards our true selves. Motherhood, marriage, and life are not always Instagram, picture perfect. We grow, ache, laugh, grieve, and love our way through it all. Liz’s summer was capped off with the completion of her latest project: Postpartum Plan for Loss Moms. It is the only plan out there for moms who have experienced a loss. It will be released in one week!
