While dreaming is incorporated heavily into our culture, you’re probably aware of the many systems and ideologies that limit our ability to call in our biggest dreams and goals. We’re told to dream without limitations, but it’s much easier said than done as we fight the programming we’ve learned over the years. Moreover, what if we released the need to be practical and go after the life we dream of?
In this solo episode, I’m giving you some things to think about as you give yourself permission to dream a little bit bigger and a little more out loud. This episode is a loving reminder that you have the ability to co-create anything you want in this life.
We also talk about:
How our perspective of dreaming shifts as we get older
The role that societal conditioning plays in our ability to dream big
The importance of pivoting and doing it quickly
Identifying expanders
A realistic way to shift negative self-talk
Removing ‘should’ from your vocabulary
