Lilia G. Ashe is a creative entrepreneur who loves to empower women through health and wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health Science, a Certificate in Women’s Healing Arts, and completed her first year in MSW: Community Development and Administration. As a full-time program coordinator for a non-profit clinic and having gone through her own personal miscarriages; she is devoted to creating services where women can gather, heal, support, and connect. She hopes to coordinate services that will honor the health of the womb and connect women to different healing modalities for their overall well-being.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • How she released herself from being stuck through her faith, nutrition, and exercise after her miscarriage.
  • Managing and working with the guilt and shame we feel as women as it relates to our own fertility.
  • The connection between birth control and our fertility - the issues with the lack of education surrounding its' impact on our fertility.
  • How we can begin to reconnect with our womb, our womanhood, and our feminine.
  • The sacredness of our womb space.
  • Why focusing on movement is incredibly important for reconnecting with your womb, but also releasing unwanted energy.
