35. Charles Street 12 miler & Labor Pains 12hr Endurance Race - a podcast by WRF Podcast

SURPRISE! We are back for a new episode!!! In order to be more timely, we decided to record our race recaps of two Labor Day weekend races. Tom & Diana ran the Charles Street 12 miler by @charmcityrun. The weather was perfect. There was a bathroom break for one... while the other didn't stop, but they also didn't trust that fart. In the end though they both kicked the courses a**! Then Michael & Erin were at the Labor Pains 12 Hour Endurance Race by @pretzelcitysports. It rained. Again. There were hills, there was mud, there was falling and for Erin, there was Fireball & beer to sooth the pain from those falls. We also hear from a few listeners what races they ran and as always we end with something good!
