In this week's episode I am joined by my co-host Paul and we discuss the importance of setting goals. Whilst we agree that it's not good plan every single experience, in order to track our progress and give us something to look forward to, having a few realistic goals in mind helps keeps us both motivated with our training. Thinking out loud, we review our experiences of 2020, the good and the bad. By looking back we can then plan to avoid the negative and recreate the positive things that were a feature of the past year and make a few quality goals for the year ahead.
