In this episode I talk about the benefits of keeping a workout journal to track progress in the gym. I also touch on my experience of keeping a 'lockdown' journal and how this has helped me to record memories, been great writing practice for that novel I've been meaning to get to and been a useful way to provoke ideas and set goals for what I want to achieve both in and out of the gym.
