Kindness Relaxation

We will settle the body into relaxation. Allow the body to be fully relaxed. Use any props that may be helpful to find comfort.

We will begin with the sound of the bell, and we will finish with the sound of the bell. I will guide you through the body; we will relax the body entirely. We will use the breath to help us to drop deeper into relaxation. When the body is fully relaxed, we will move then through a visualisation where we will plant our own personal garden.
