Welcome to this meditation.

Make sure your body is completely relaxed.

Be comfortable enough to be seated her why we explore meditation. As we move through the meditation, be gentle with the busy mind. If the mind wanders just come back to my voice or the place of focus.
It doesn’t matter how many times your mind wanders and you bring it back. Just be patient and compassionate towards yourself. If you feel discomfort and you need to move, please do move gently and slowly into a more comfortable position.
