In this episode I talk all about force vs. ease and flow, and how we sometimes unconsciously block what’s truly meant for us when we stay so focused on only our physical self and it’s desires vs all of the infinite potential that exists for us to receive. I share a big experience I had where I got to see this magic unfold in my own life and how to identify the signs that are showing you you’re out of alignment so that you can move back in to more potential.
