He went from a 0.59 GPA in his freshman year of college, to making a comeback with a 4.0 GPA and a 512 MCAT score on his first attempt. Now, by being publicly vulnerable about his experience, he is able to empower students who are in the same position he was.

Dr. Tracy and Zach talk about his formula of vulnerability = relatability = empowerment, him forming the Mental Health Movement Clothing Company with Jake Goodman, and his current journey with medical school and social media. They also discuss mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic and how he hopes to break stigma and help others take control of their lives by putting themselves first.
