Allow me to introduce the lovely and amazing Kinzie Shaw. Kinzie, a long time friend and hilarious human, will be joining us today and potentially future episodes.  In recognition of bringing our friend on, we are talking about making and maintaining adult friendships.  Sometimes we don't realize how important a good friend group is until we need them.  As we establish the hierarchy of age, Adam being the oldest, we move towards embracing your age and all that comes with it.  Humans are social creatures and need to be around other humans.  Find your community and learn to be vulnerable with them.  The first steps may be uncomfortable, but the best changes in life happen from a space of discomfort.
